A ski weekend with an impromptu change of plans

React promptly and smoothly to changes in plans, implement crazy ideas with precision and have fun at the same time? ITS proves that it can do this not only each and every day at work, but also extra-professionally, for an outing into the snowy mountains organized by the team.

This year a trip to Arosa was on the agenda. Everything was organized and arranged for Saturday, January 11th and Sunday, January 12th: transfer, accommodation, meals, ski passes.

As usual, Isabelle had the entire organization under control. Then, on Friday, January 10th, the phone suddenly rang - she was convinced that someone from the team wanted to cancel at short notice, but things turned out quite differently: The weather was great, the sun was shining in the mountains, there was snow on the slopes and, of course, everybody was excited about it. So, why don’t we get there on Friday already?

No sooner said than done, swiftly Nina organized accommodation for the night from Friday to Saturday. At 10 p.m. everyone set off for Arosa so that they could be on the slopes at the crack of dawn on Saturday, enjoy the day to the full and just have fun. On Saturday morning, ski buffs took enthusiastically to the slopes, while non-skiers had a great winter hike.

After this gorgeous day in the snow, the whole group went to the restaurant in style: a horse-drawn carriage took them to a cosy fondue and raclette dinner.

On Sunday morning, everyone enjoyed the snow-covered slopes and trails one last time before heading home in the afternoon. A successful team weekend, and once more a first-class organization: ITS demonstrated again the flexibility and spontaneity for which it is known.

And since they had had such a great time, Isabelle has already started planning next year's outing - and this time from Friday to Sunday!
